The country house La Forcella is a beautiful ancient and rural property, centuries old, that was carefully restructured and restored. This property is also located in the Valnerina area which is one of the most beautiful areas in Umbria because it represents the totally green, mystic and medieval spirit of the region.
One chooses this place to spend a vacation when feeling inside a desire to connect with nature, beauty and peace and to enjoy experiencing the many wonders within ancient Umbrian traditions...connecting simplicity, nature, and the rich earth and its secrets.

In fact, the spirit of this property is very strong, strong in the way it looks... like the true and unspoilt Umbria...the Umbria known for its original flavors, traditions and produces. Our products: Umbrian flavors and traditions: Our 1000 olive trees produce a fine and high quality olive oil considered one of the best in Italy ( got the DOP ).

From the various and generous fruit trees we produce a fine collection of hand made marmellata either as fresh fruit and free of pesticides. Our kitchen garden offers a choice of fresh and biological/organic vegetables, and we also love to look for wild asparagous and fresh mushrooms (when in season, the area is very rich in delicious mushrooms like porcino, etc). We love a natural agriculture...all of our products are taken directely from the ground.

The villa is composed by a spacious and independent apartment with a total of 8 sleeps. It has been carefully furnished with local antiques and umbrian ceramics and offers a very high quality of stay to our guests. The apartment is composed by:
a spacious and comfortable living room with double sofa bed and tv color, fireplace; a large full equipped kitchen with fireplace, dining room with direct access to the large and panoramic terrasse-solarium with a scenic view on the hills and olives groves, 1 barthroom with shower/tub, 1 double room. Upstairs: 2 comfortable double rooms and 1 bathroom. From every window you can enjoy a great view on the green and rollings hills rich in cultivated fields and olives groves that make the Valnerina's area also the most green place where to stay in Umbria.

The property is composed by a total of 2 apartments, both are independent with a private garden and parking.
In case of large groups, you can rent the two apartments for a total of 12 sleeps available with a 100% of privacy and comfort!

Rates and Amenities: Our rates include everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in our country house: water/hot water, electricity; final cleaning; linens and towels (weekly change); full equipped kitchen; sat tv; barbeque; micro wave; washing machine; hair dryer; wood for the fireplace. A private parking is also available. Rates are for up to 6 guests, additional sleeps are considered extra. Gas for the heating is extra charged when needed during the cold season. Look at the "extra" section to know better about it.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
