the property is on the third floor and spread over 2 floors the lower floor consists of the lounge which is equiped with a 2 an3 leather recliing sofas and a chair with footstool kitchen 2 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms and a balcony there is an open fire and logs are supplied The upper floor is reached by a spiral staircase to 2 further double ensuite bedrooms each with a balcony. It is near the centre of Haute Nendaz 400 metres form the ski lift and the retaurants and shops are nearby. 

Haute Nendaz Is within the four valleys comprising Verbier, Siviez, Veysonnaz and Hautes Nendaz and is reted as being the best for intermediate skiers and extend terrain for experts and snowboarding. Tracouet above Haute Nendaz has an excellent ski school for beginners. A Ski Bus runs every 20 mins round the village during the winter season. The highest lift is 3300m and many pistes are above 2500m skiing and snowboardingis available throughout the season(December to late April) 

Geneva is the nearest major airport. driving to the apart ment is about 1hr 45min. A train is available to sion taking about 2hrs after a taxi ride of 20 mins to Haute Nenadz

Richard says: "we feel that the property is not given due justice by the pictures on the website, we were a little apprehensive about booking due to the pictures but we did and boy were we happy with our decision, the property is perfectly situated as 200m one way is the cable car and 200m the other is the town centre, the owners have also gone to the trouble of hiring a locker at the cable car station so you don't have to walk back in your big boots.the proerty is lovelly inside with good size bedrooms and living area, the kitchen is newly done with good quality materials and a beautiful view thanks to the panaromic window. the owner contacted us to go through the details and helped us where she could. thank you very much for letting us use your property and we will definately recormend you."
