This object has a 24-hour caretaker on the premises. When you have parked your car in the underground garage, you take the lift to the apartment. The entrance hall leads to a large living-dining room with views of the science museum. The stylishly furnished living room with oak wooden floor has cable TV and a DVD-CD player. The dining area comfortably seats 6. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with wooden units, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, clothes dryer and washing machine.

There are three bedrooms, one double (with a lits-jumeaux size bed 1.80x 2.00m) and two twins (beds 90x200). In one of the bedrooms you will find a computer with a very fast broadband connection that you can use to pick up mail or browse the internet. You can also use it to make free calls all over the world through SKYPE. There is also a free telephone connection for incoming and local and national outgoing calls.

The 2 luxury bathrooms both have a bath with a shower, a toilet, bidet and marble wash stand.

 

When you leave the apartment you walk into a beautiful park that lets you enter a futuristic new world: the city of Arts and Sciences. You have the Corte Inglés (8 floor convenience store like Harrod's, with a supermarket in the basement), coffee bars, restaurants and tapas places just feet away and recently a 5 story shopping mall was opened behind the Corte Inglés, where you will find everything, from a supermarket to a-la-carte restaurants. A short walk through the beautiful park will take you to another large shopping mall with two floors of shops and the top floor with restaurants and bars.  

Valencia hosts the America´s Cup in 2007. Port and beaches are easily reached by bus. On the corner of the street there is a busstop. The bus will take you to the beach or port one way and the historic old centre of Valencia the other way.
