Villa Vessy is huddled into natural folds smoothly sloping over the bay of Varna. It is both close to entertainments and far way from the hustle and bustle of the big town and the sea resorts. The villa is a marvelous holiday place for big families or groups. It offers accommodation for 14 persons in spacious and comfortable rooms with all modern conveniences available to make you feel perfect during the entire stay.

•There are 4 bathrooms and a laundry available to guests
•You can sunbathe by the new swimming pool 4m x 8m in size, and at night enjoy the peace and calm and the crickets’ songs.
•There is a playground area for your kids with swings, a climber, a slide, sand area etc.
•There is a fruit garden – peach, apricot, apple, fig trees etc
•The barbeque is close to the villa and there are seats for 14 persons

 

The villa is situated in quiet villa area called Trakata, a 15-minute drive away from the highway to Sofia and the Varna airport. It is 5 min. away from the city of Varna, 10 min. from the Golden Sands resort, 25 min. from Albena resort and the city of Balchik and 3 minutes away from the nearest beach by car.
It is a good starting point for trips to Albena and Balchik, the picturesque coasts of Yaylata and Kamen bryag, to the historical cape Kaliakra, as well as to the small exotic bays of Rusalka.

In close proximity to the villa you can find a grocery, and the new supermarket Piccadilly is 1.5 km away. Easily accessible are also the restaurants, attractions and nightlife in the city of Varna and its environs, where the coastal alleys and the resorts of Sunny Day, Golden Sands and Albena are full of busy cafes, fish restaurants and pubs, discothèques and night clubs.
 

The owners of the villa take care of the guests, they will meet you at Varna airport. During your stay they will advise you on the local sights and entertainments, some of which you can find nowhere else. You can take long walks along the beaches and the sea promenade alley. If it is too hot and you have done big shopping why don’t take a cheap taxi to give you a ride back.  

The house comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 8 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use.

There is room for 14 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, tennis, a food shop.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the house you will find climbing, horse riding, scuba diving.
