This modern spacious villa is situated in a quiet traditional village in the heart of the Bulgarian countryside and is only a 10min. bus ride from Velico Turnovo. The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard. The accomadation consists of a spacious fitted kitchen with a tiled floor and a beautiful wood burning stove featured in one corner.
The large living area is furnished with a leather suite and is equipped with a widescreen tv, music system and a computer.
Just off the kitchen is a sunken dining room with a marble table with four chairs. Ideal for a family dinner or even an intimate candle lit dinner.
There are three bedrooms inside the main house (2 doubles and 1 single) a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom is located above the main house and is accessed from an external staircase (this part of the house can be made available on request).

The village has three shops which can supply you with your daily needs, they are wonderfully laid back and the owners are usually sitting out front enjoying the sunshine. There is also a quiet village pub with a welcoming atmosphere where the locals and visitors gather in the evening.
Runnig through the village is a small river you can enjoy a spot of fishing or just go for a walk and sit on the bank and relax with a good book and a picnic. 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living area. This gives room for up to 8 people.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds. A computer is also available for your use.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
