This is a 4 year old 4 bedroom (3 en suite) 4 bathroom Townhouse with marble and wooden floors throughout. It is furnished to an extremely high standard and is fully air conditioned.
We have Sky Tv and if you take your own Sky card you can enjoy all the features of home.
It has a bbq/dining patio overlooking the large pool which is only 5 steps from the house. The kitchen is fully equiped with Bosche fittings and is a pleasure to cook in. It is a 2 minute drive to three of the golf clubhouses ( laguna, millenium and victoria) and a 4 minute drive to the busy marina area and beaches. It overlooks the Millenium golf course and the sea beyond. Would suit golfers and families alike.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this house.

It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, walking, golf.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find climbing, historic sites, a museum.

Loulle with its fruit market is only 15 mins Albafuiera is less than 30 mins

Neil says: "This is the second time that i have stayed in this property. The pictures do not do it justice, it is very spacious, clean and tidy. The pool area is great and if you are a Golfer you could not be better placed with Millenium/Old Course/Laguna and the local driving range all in walking distance and a five minute car ride max. Beware the prices in the local golf clubs food and drink though egg on toast at VICTORIA GOLF CLUB cost 10 euros, when i complained they could not care less! There are local places to eat that are a lot cheaper and just as good. We are already looking at re booking for January 2009. Also Alfie the owner could not have been more helpful and seems to genuinely treat you as a valued customer."
