Stunning furnished apartment near sea front in Kemp Town. Two huge double bedrooms, each with king size bed (second bed can be used as two singles) and sofa. On-suite plus family bathrooms. Huge open plan lounge / dining room with 6 place dining table that converts into full size slate bed pool table. Fully fitted modern kitchen. Parking.

Kemp town is the trendy "village" in Brighton. It has all the best restaurants and bars (1 Paston place is literally across the road) as well as being easy walking distance from the centre. The historic Pavillion is in walking diatance, as are the lanes shopping areas.

Pauline says: "Wonderful flat with all that was needed and more for a comfortable and very enjoyable stay. Close to transport into the main town and able to see the sea !
Very spacious accomodation.
FANTASTIC weekend.
One niggle would be no mirrors in either bedroom - made difficult for 4 ladies to get ready for a night out - drying and straightening hair and putting on slap !! Only mirrors in the bathroom which were great for make-up application but then unable to use the elctrical things."
