The studio is situated on the slopes at Plagne Centre, the central village of the La Plagne ski resort, on the ground floor of the main complex . There is immediate access to the ski lifts and telecabin and all facilities including shops, restaurants, bars, ski school, sports centre, sauna & steamroom, internet cafe, dvd hire. The telecabin runs to other villages in the resort until the early hours.
The studio is small but very well appointed, with all comforts. Ideal for 2 people with bed settee that can be used as a double or 2 single beds, but an overhead bunk is available for 3rd person if required. Car parking is available opposite the studio. 

The studio is bookable at a daily rate (from £25) to maximise the use of budget flights from the UK. Check in and out times are flexible and depend only on the arrival / deprture of other guests.

WINTER
The ski area of La Plagne is vast and offers endless skiing and spectacular views, including Mont Blanc. There are a multitude of mountain restaurants that can be accessed by skiers and non-skiers using the lifts and well marked footpaths. (There is also easy access to the adjoining resort of Les Arcs - note the Vanoise Express connection was closed 2007-08).

The other villiages in La Plagne offer further activities including an outdoor pool (heated !), skidoo hire, bowling alley, ice rink, helicopter rides as well as a further selection of shops, bars and resturants and clubs.

SUMMER
La Plagne is open as a resort July & August, with many summer activities and events. Many of the lifts are open, and can accommodate bicycles. The area is very popular for walking, cycling, horse riding etc and the Tourist Office supply walking maps etc

There is an outdoor pool with sunloungers and a bar / restaurant in the "back garden", and anoher 1 mile away at Bellecote.

Outside of these 2 months, the area is perfect for a tranquil holiday. There are minimal but adequate amenities (Spar shop, bank), with all other facilities available in the valley at Aime.

At the bottom of the valley, the river Isere has abundant facilities for watersports (open all summer), with activity centres dotted along it's length. Bicycles can be hired and there is a beautiful riverside cycle path to Bourg St. Maurice. There is also a park with a manmade lake & beach, plus plenty of cafes along this route.

This studio is perfectly situated for easy access to the facilities of Plagne Centre and also the other villages, on foot, by road or by telecabin/chairlift.

YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED 

Attractive , comfotable and well appointed throughout, with lots of shelving and storage area to maximise comfort. Unusually large wardrobe / storage cupboards to hold all clothing, suitcases etc. Privately owned, and generally well stocked with condiments, cooking and cleaning equipment , books and games etc Ski locker available.

The room/studio comprises 0 bedrooms in total; . The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the overhead bunk in living area, 1 double sofa bed located in the In the studio room. This gives room for up to 3 people.

The room/studio has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The room/studio has dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 2 in the living room and 2 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Pauline says: "Apartment is small but clean, neat and well decorated. I have stayed there with my husband and teenage son and we all managed very wel. It has everything you need such as microwave, dvd player, radio and a good choice of cds. there are 3 beds all are comfy and clean. It's location is excellent - right in the centre of Plagne Centre with everything in walking distance. The First ski lift is just a short walk away. La Plagne ix excellent for skiing - there are many runs it is impossible to cover them all in a week."
