Casa Geminis is a luxurious family home, which has been furnished to the highest of standards and not as a holiday let. This is the first year it has been rented out and
it is ideal for those who seek a home-from-home environment. There are no dirt tracks to reach the property and , because it is set in 2,500m2 of land and gardens, it is very secluded and private. We have two televisions, both with SKY installation, a fantastic private swimming pool, leading to the barbeque. 

All bedrooms and the lounge are fully air.conditioned, hot/cold. There is a log burning stove in the lounge and ceiling fans all rooms. The kitchen has a large, American fridge freezer with ice and crushed ice on tap, washing machine , drier, oven etc.:From the kitchen you can contemplate the lake. The outside space is enormous and there are various areas to sit, so you will never feel 'on top of' your fellow house guests. 

There are some lovely restaurants around the lake (including the Indian tented restaurant, 2 minutes away). On the lake there is a fantastic deli, where you can try the wines, cheeses and chorizos before you buy. Just 10 minutes away is the Arab town of Velez, with its old stone walls and the fabulous indoor food market. The Axarquia valley boasts 40 white-washed villages for you to explore, all with their own traditions and festivals. Here you can enjoy the REAL SPAIN. 

There are various patios and seating areas, to enable maximum sunshine or shade. The pool and terrace overlook Lake Viñuela

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the In bedrooms 2 and 3. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, flying, horse riding, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Kyaking is available and fishing is permited with a permit. Hire quad bikes for excursions .
