Apartment of good standard with furnished veranda located by Meisimgsefjorden in Nordmøe. Fine view of the fjord, mountains and surrounding coutryside. Meisinger is a good starting place for drivers to the many attractions in Nordmøre and in Romsdal. If you visit Meisingset in Tingvoll, in the provence Møre and Romsdal you will come to a very good and strategic fishing place with accsess to a whole number of fjords. Such as the Trangfjord, the Breifjord, the Ålvundfjord and the Stangvikfjord.
It is a short drive to salmon rivers, and it"s also not a short way to the town of Molde, Kristiansund and Ålesund. You can visit the spectacular Atlanterhavsveien.
A nice walking trail is starting right at the back of the house.

: Nordmøre may have Norway"s best and most varied opportunities for anglers. You will find a sea rich in species and the supply is abundant; a coastline with shielded areas ideally suited for small boats; fjords with saltwaterfish as well as freshwater fish on its way to or from the spawning sites up the rivers; some of Norway"s best rivers for angling for salmon and sea trout; thousand freshwaterlakes, all clean and stocked with fish.

Fishing are possible at almost any depth with the deepest fjords growing down to 550 meters. Good fishing for coalfish, cod, ling, haddock, catfish and mackerel. If you are lucky you can even get a halibut.
It is only a short drive to the salmon river Surna ( 50 km), Driva ( 40 km) and Søya ( 25 km).

The host have two complete rods for seafishing for rental.
 

Meisingset is a short way from Molde, Kristiansund and Ålesund, you can visit the spectacular Atlanterhavsveien, the road connecting many of the small Islands direct on the cost.
Or you can walk in the mountains.

• At Meisingset, the possibilities for fishing in lakes and rivers for trout, char and seatrout is good. The host will give you all the information you need. Spoon, worm and fly-fishing give results. Fishing license for lakes and rivers are not expensive. 3km.

• Sunndal, 40 km with a lot of opportunities. It has fiercely beautiful scenery including Innerdal, Norway'' loveliest mountain valley, and Åmotan, a gorge where several waterfalls meet in an inferno of water. The Aursjø Road provides a fantastic drive from Sunndalsøra, through narrow, steep valleys up to beautiful mountain scenery (950 m). A sidetrip from Eikesdal to Mardalsfossen, the highest waterfall in Northern Europe, is highly recommended.

• Expressboat to Trondheim ( www.trondheim.com/engelsk/ ) from Kristiansund. Departure three times a day. Excursion possibilities to Ringholmen, Edøy(Smøla) and Tjeldbergodden(Aure).
• Veidholmen outside Smøla, is an old, still living, idyllic fishing village with about 500 inhabitants, more during summer. Excellent angling and diving possibilities.
