Cabin by Kvamskogen. Jonshøgdi is idyllically located in calm surroundings in the mountain area of Kvamskogen, less than one hours drive from Bergen. The nearest village is Norheimsund by the Hardanger fjord (13 km). This is an excellent starting point for daytrips and excursions to the many attractions in the western part of Norway.
Conditions are good for hiking during summer and cross-country skiing in winter in the surrounding mountain terrain. The alpine skiing facilities of Eikedalen Skisenter is found 5 min. away by car. 

The cabin is situated on a sunny spot (evening sun until 22:30 p.m. during summer) by the lake Movatn.
Jonshøgdi is one part of a newly built vertically divided cabin. It is decorated in modern style and has a tiled bathroom with heated floors, washing room, living room with seat arrangements and a dining table for 8-10 persons. Fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms has beds for totally 9 persons of which 2 rooms with a double bed each on the ground floor (2,2), and 2 rooms on a loft/1st floor; one with a double bed and the other with a family bunk bed (2,3). There is also a sofa bed available, for use by 2 extra persons, if required. A cot for small children is also available. Weekend rental is possible on request. Electricity cost is additional and must be paid by departure.

The cabin comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the for 2 extra persons, 3 double sofa beds located in the Loft, bedroom, 1 double bunk bed located in the Loft. This gives room for up to 10 people.

The cabin has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The cabin has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
