Villa Roza
Villa Roza is a well appointed, compact villa in a sizeable garden. Oour neighbours are all Bulgarian and generally farming families who go to bed early and get up early. Please keep this in mind during your stay!
External insulation is fitted, making this property comfortable at all times of the year.
The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. There is also an electric immersion heater for hot water, and climate control units throughout.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 x double & 1 twin). There are also patio doors & a sun terrace on the upper floor. Shower room is on upstairs landing.
