This apartment ideally sleeps a maximum of 3 people, though 4 is ok for 1-2 week stays depending upon the customers decision

The First floor apartment consists of 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside cabinets and dressing table.
Into the hall where there is a dining table and chairs, is the shower room, with a basin and wc.
Through the hall to the fully equipped kitchen, and then to the lounge which has 2 sofa's, a tv and DVD player.
The floors are all laminated, except for the bathroom and double glazed throughout.
Heating is via 2 air conditioning units at either end of the apartment, which also cools in the summer.
Gas heaters are available as back up.

There is a covered balcony and a sun terrace which has views to the surrounding countryside and mountains.

The garden is fenced all round, and has some trees which provide privacy during the warmer months.
There is a pool with a max depth of 1.2 m without a shallow end so not suitable for young children.
There is a room with a small pool table in it.
Another room has use of a washing machine, and there is an iron and board available.
There are clothes airers and a large airer for your use. 

There are 2 apartments available at Ivan Rilski Villa. Both apartments are suitable for long stay all year round, and can be rented separately, or together at a discounted rate. Bed linen is provided as our kitchen towels, however please provide your own towels. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, however in the pool room it is allowed though not over the table. The villa is in the centre of a busy village, though in a very quiet and private location, our neighbours tend to have early nights and early mornings, so please respect their tranquility. There are some lovely walks or cycles (bikes are available to hire) and there is also bird watching or fishing nearby.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 2 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking apartment

One well behaved dog is allowed, please ask if there are other needs

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find fishing, historic sites, a museum.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find a beach, skiing/snowboarding, golf, tennis, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Bird watching trips available Lovely river walks are 10 minutes away Quad Biking 10 minutes away

Visit our restaurant, cafe, museum, numerous shops, pharmacy and hardware store.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: A very big thank you to Nikki and Darren in the Village of General Inzovo 20 mins south of " Yambol " They have gone to the top of my Christmas card list.

Firstly for the excellent apartment and its facilities, especially the toaster ;).

Secondly as I was on a holiday / house buying trip for 1 week having researched the internet for some time the service I received from Nikki and Darren, the airport pick up to my last day which was hectic, got the house, went to 4 banks; you can only get 4,000 leva out max!

Then to sign papers; this takes 2-3 hours! All on my last day!

I recommend that you make your stay with Nikki and Darren, two weeks long with a car in week two.
