Villa Dragonara, situated on the outskirts of Kusadasi. is a newly constructed villa offering wonderful sea views and a scenic backdrop. This home from home offers 3 bedrooms sleeping 6, plus a travel cot and double sofa bed.

The accommodation comprises: fully equipped kitchen, lounge, diner, 1 bathroom, 1 cloakroom, balconies to bedrooms and roof terrace as well as an outside veranda with surrounding gardens. It is a delightful 3 bedroomed semi-detached villa.

The Complex it is situated on is approx 2 miles south of Kusadasi town, towards Long Beach and National Park. For those who enjoy a beach holiday, the closest beach is just 400 meters away. By going just a little further, you will get to beautiful Long Beach with its shops, restaurants and water sports.

The town centre of Kusadasi is just around 10 minutes away by Dolmus-the frequent minibus service which stops anywhere and costs around 30p.

The villa has 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single with bunk beds, a family bathroom with washing machine. The ground floor is open plan, which makes up the living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a WC. Outside there is a sun terrace to three sides of the villa which is fenced all round and is surrounded by a garden. There is an outdoor shower at ground level and sea views from the second floor sun terraces. There is a balcony to 2 of the bedrooms.

Villa DRAGONARA has spacious balconies and a veranda and sink for eating out in hot summer nights. Kitchen: An open plan Kitchen is equipped with a tall fridge-freezer, an oven-cooker, kettle and other basic and necessary kitchen equipment.

You will be provided with all bed linen (Second set will be supplied for a second week). No hair dryer available. There is always hot water in the villa as there is a water boiler in the bathroom. 220 V Electric plugs. Please note that you will need adaptors for your hair dryer, shavers and other electrical appliances with UK plugs.

There is Air-Con system in the living room, the double bedroom and the twin bedrrom The single bedroom is serviced by an electric fan.

On the second floor, you will find the double bedroom with ensuite shower room and access to the roof top veranda.

On the first floor, is the twin bedroom and single bedroom with bunkbeds.

There is a family bathroom on the first floor with a small bath and shower cubicle and automatic washing machine.

Ground Floor: Comfortable lounge and dining area. With sliding doors opening to ample terrace, that will give a lot more space. There is a table and chairs for 6 people on this terrace. As you enter the property there is a cloakroom.

The Complex: Facilities include a small supermarket and restaurant. The sandy beach of Yavansu is just 400 metres away. Long Beach and Dolphin Beach are just a 5 minute mini-bus ride away, where there are more sandy beaches, cafes, restaurants and a medium size Water Park. There are also restaurants scattered around the road side within walking distance of the villa. Hotel ONURA, Hotel Grand OZCELIK and offer their facilities to the tourist from outside their Hotels for a small entrance fee. You can use their swimming pools, saunas, beach facilities, water sport facilities and bar and restaurants. There is a lovely place called "Eleven's Beach Club" which is approx. 800 meters away towards town centre on the left. This place offer great entertainment during the day and converted to a lovely Restaurant in the evenings where you can enjoy choosing your own fish. And also a similar newly built Club called "Costa Beach Club" offering similar facilities to the Eleven's Club, with firneldy and accommodating staff. This can be found along the main road heading away from the Town Centre, towards Long beach, on the right.

It is a great delight to watch the comings and goings of the yachts and ships with a drink before dinner. The restaurants in Kusadasi, serve a variety of fresh seafood & fish and Aegean specialties. Entertainment at a lively bar or a disco until dawn, may end an ideal day in Kusadasi. According to the latest datum in 1995, the number of inhabitants in Kusadasi is around 50000. The population, consisting 99% Turks, increases rapidly with the beginning of the tourism season. The city has shown a rapid development an incredible growth since from the 1970's, with the introducing of tourism.

The Kusadasi Setur Marina is one of the largest and best equipped marinas in Turkey with the capacity of 629 yachts both a float and on shore, visited between 2500-3000 boats each year.

Apart from the great historical beauties around Kusadasi, the city is also preserves excellent examples of Ottoman and Turkish mosques, located in the centrum. "The Fortress Mosque", built by the vizier Okuz Mehmet Pasa in the 17th century, is the most impresive and monumental mosque in Kusadasi. The main part of mosque is square-planned and covered by a large leaden dome- with the supports of 12 arches. Inner parts of the dome are ornamented by geometrical designs and plant motives. The entrance door is decorated with mother of pearl. Between the 16 stained-glass windows, are the oil paintings decorated with Ion styled columns. "The Hanim Mosque" was constructed in1658 in the name of Haji Hatice Hatun, but was destroyed in 1922. The mosque was rebuilt by the inhabitants of Kusadasi between the years of 1951-57. The foundation walls of the minaret belong to the original construction. The simply decorated mosque is surrounded by a leaden dome. 

 

The beach, beach clubs and usable hotel pools are a 5 minute walk along with a few restaurants. The main town of kusadasi can be reached by Dolmus, local transport, at the end of the road and takes about 10 minutes to reach an array of bars, restaurants, shops, markets and live entertainment

You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
