Villa has a ramp for easy access for buggies and wheelchairs. Car hire is not essential as there are smaller shops within 5 mins walk either side of the property, all well stocked with your daily essentials.

 

Accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 twin room downstairs and, 1 twin and 1 double upstairs. 2 bathrooms 1 on each floor. There is also a pull out sofa bed downstairs. Large spacious living/dining area with TV, DVD, music system. Kitchen equipped with all mod cons, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and hob, microwave, toaster etc. Ironing board, iron and hairdryer supplied.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the LIving Room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets are welcome. A security deposit of £250.00 is payable in advance to cover any damage and or soiling to property. Deposit is refundable.

The Villa Is suitable for Wheelchair use at it has a wheelchair ramp and also downstairs bedroom with 2 single beds and downstairs bathroom with toilet. Large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge room. Wide doorways. Pool is also accessable as ramp from patio area to poolside. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
