Apartment Martin is a luxury spacious apartment on the brand new Blue River development which is a two minutes walk from the the centre of Pernera and its beaches. This first floor apartment is a home from home with all the amenities of a villa at apartment prices.The apartment is furnished to high standard and fully air conditioned.

There is an open plan lounge with cloak room and balcony. It is furnishes with leather sofas, one being a sofa bed,. There is a DVD, one double and on twin, they are both en-suite with plenty of storage. The master has a balcony.The kitchen is well equipped including hob, oven microwave, washing machine and iron with ironing board. The dining room table will seat six.

Outside there is a patio area with a 6m x 3m pool. This is shared only with the downstairs apartment, if the downstairs apartment is empty you have to yourself. There is a parking space directly outside of the apartment. For larger groups apartment Martin may be combined with the downstairs apartment. The downstairs apartment may be available if upstairs is full.

Water sports are available in several places along the front and there is a lovely coastal path through to Protaras with plenty of refreshment stops along the way.


 

The swimming pool is shared between 2 apartments. It is possible to request the other apartment for total privacy.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
