Brand new 2 bedroom villa is well designed and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is cozy living room with television and DVD and dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and microwave, fridge / freezer, oven/hob, toaster, kettle. All cooking utensils are also provided. There is guest toilet on the ground floor.
Two bedrooms and family bathroom are situated on the first floor. Both bedrooms have sea views. Two extra people could be accommodated on the sofa in lounge. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Villa is fully air-conditioned. To the rear of the house there is furnished terrace, which is ideal for al fresco dining.

This 2 bedroom detached villa is located in Agia Triada area of Protaras. The location is perfect for family holiday. It will take you about 2 minutes walk to lovely sandy beach and about 10-15 minutes to the main strip of Kapparis area. Here you will find restaurants and bars, coffee shops and small supermarkets.
