The Heart of Agia Napa is only a 5 minute drive away, Protaras is less than 10 minutes drive and within 10 minutes there are too many stunning beaches to name personally so rent a car and Explore. Agia Thekla beach is only 500m away here the children can play for hours in the white sand and the shallow warm water in the sheltered lagoon. It’s only a 2 minute drive to the award winning Water world water park guaranteed fun for all the family.

The villa is in a residential area and we rent to families and mature people. No all female or all male parties accepted. 

Airport transfer from 45 euros each way for 2/3 persons and 60 e for 6 persons.

Car hire from 30 euros per day plus petrol. 

Room for 1/2 cots - can be rented. Fresh water dispenser.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
