Sunset villa is located in a quiet cul de sac, a 10 minute walk away from Ayia Thekla beach. It is a two bedroomed detached property with landscape gardens to the front and back, large sun terrace, BBQ and balcony with sea view.

Potomas is a picturesque fishing refuge, about 2km away with a choice of two superb fish restaurants with excellent views of either the harbour or the Mediterranean.

Ayia Napa is just a 5 minute car or taxi ride away. Here there is something to suit everyone with nightlife, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and ages. During the day the tranquil harbour and golden sandy beaches (Nissi beach) and shops provide an attraction to all.

The popular resort of Protaras is a 15 minute drive away, with more bars restaurants, shops and figtree bay beach.

The beautiful Troodos Mountains are a 50 minute drive away and well worth visiting for the day.

One of Europe's largest themed water parks is only a two minute drive away, there is also Go Karting right next to the park. Secluded sandy beaches and a supermarket are within walking distance.

There is a cycle track which runs adjacent to the road from Potomas to Ayia Napa centre. Bycycles can be hired for CYP2.50 per day locally.
 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
