The property is situated in a very quiet area, it is ideal for the independant traveller who wants to explore historic sites. The harbour is very close where you can walk on the promanade admiring the many fishing boats and cruisers.
Along the promanade are many bars and restarants where you can sit and enjoy the breeze coming in from the bay of Fethiye. There is a saying that if you drink the waters of Fethiye, one day you will return......is it true? 

Dolmus's (mini bus's) run daily to take you to Calis centre or beyond. Fethiye is certainly walkable. Car hire is available.

We know that it can be somtimes a little daunting going to a new holiday destination for the first time so we use the services of a British represetative. He/she will be on standby if you have any problems and available 24 hours a day. They will also oversee the cleaning and laundry in your Villa for the duration of your stay. Please rest assured that we will not be bothering you to buy trips and excursions...unless you want them of course!!!! Transfers are available from and to Dalaman Airport 

Villa Mutlul (Mutlul means happy in Turkish ) Is a 3 bedoomed property with upstairs bathroom and baclonies. Downstairs is a large living area that comprises kitchen and large seating area. The property has benefitted of brand new furniture and all modern conveniences that you wouild expect of a luxury villa. Also comprises downstairs toilet.
You will also have the services of an english representative throughout your stay.  

Swimming pool is available at nearby hotel if required.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Villa is in nice location and there is use of nearby hotel pool which was empty most of the time. Overall a lovely villa with english speaking owners if you need anything."
