Occupying one of the best positions on the renowned Parque da Floresta golf and leisure resort, Golf Villa 69 is a luxurious yet comfortable 3-bedroom villa. It has excellent views of the golf course and the coastline beyond. Basking in over 3,000 hours of sunshine a year the villa provides a flexible base to suit all tastes whether you just want to relax, play, eat or drink – the options are numerous. 

Two large sun terraces surround the Villa’s private swimming pool. The 13m x 6m south facing secluded pool can be heated if required. The well-established and shaded gardens feature palms trees and bougainvillea.

All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are found on the ground floor where all rooms open directly onto the pool terrace. Two fold out beds are available and can be comfortably accommodated in any of the bedrooms.

Our guests can benefit from a 40% discount off green fees (handicap certificates are not required). A gymnasium and health spa providing a full range of beauty treatments is within 5 minutes walk of the villa. Two communal swimming pools (including childrens pool), tennis, bowls, horse riding, cycling and archery are also available in the resort. During the summer school vacations the Floresta Fun Club (a small daily fee is payable) provides a special welcome for children between the ages of four and eight. For older children, a full programme of junior sports is available.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. The villa is right beside cycling, mountain biking, golf, tennis, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, fishing, walking, horse riding, shopping areas, a food shop.
