This charming villa is located at the foot of the mountain in Morcellement Carlos in the fishing village of Tamarin on the west coast of Mauritius. It offers a breathtaking view of Tamarin Bay, the turquoise lagoon with white sandy beaches and the ocean beyond. The villa also overlooks the five-star hotels in Flic en Flac across the bay. Tamarin Bay is a popular attraction of tourists where dolphins can be observed from close quarters. Those who wish to swim with them are also the opportunity of doing so if they wish. Tamarin Bay is also a favourite spot of wind surfers. 

The 250 sq.m villa consists of three double bedrooms on the first floor, averaging 20 sq.m each. All the bedrooms have independent access to the terrace and balcony. This floor also contains separate bath and toilet facilities.
The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and dining room, separate toilet and bath, laundry and ironing corner and a terrace in front. The backyard provides parking space for more than two cars and a safe playing corner for children.
All the facilities (shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks) and beach are easily accessible and are within 15 minutes walk. However a car is recommended as the roads leading to the villa are hilly.
 

Small is beautiful. Indeed Mauritius is a small island and yet so beautiful and so much to see and carry as memorable experiences where all the cultures, European, African, Indian and Chinese meet and melt into each other in a harmonious and perfect blend. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 2 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a east facing garden, a west facing patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, skiing/snowboarding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a museum, a theatre/cinema.
