Borgo Molinaccio is set in a panoramic spot, ideal for those looking for peace and tranquillity, yet within 14 kilometers from the centre of Florence. It consists of several beautiful apartments obtained from the careful restoration of the farm buildings and annexes belonging to a 17th Century Villa built and still occupied by an ancient noble Roman family. The Villa has 4 double rooms available for rent.
The apartments are surrounded by 20 hectares fields and woodlands, immersed in nature.

Florence offers all shops and facilities and can be easily reached both by bus and by car. Access to the apartments is by 0.8 km of white road that leads directly to the private parking area. 

The Villa is totally independent of the apartments and offers a round 6.5 meter swimming pool at the margin of its formal garden that guests can use daily.

Each room offers TV with satellite dish and independent central gas heating. Gas is payable on consumption during heating season. Ensuite bathroom with shower. 

One part of the villa has been given over to the bedrooms, with central heating and metered electricity. From the entrance, lying across the Italian garden, you walk to the main entrance and a set of stone stairs leading up to the first floor, where all the rooms are located. The three double bedrooms are in typical Tuscan style, offering modern facilities such as en-suite bathrooms with shower, satellite TV and fridge.

The rooms are all spacious, furnished with style and antique pieces. There is also a suite. This has a large window overlooking the Italian garden, a small kitchen with two electric hobs and sink, and a large pretty furnished panoramic terrace.

All the rooms share a living room with a kitchenette with four gas hobs, sink, washing machine, electric oven and microwave, toaster, freezer, mixer and American coffee machine. Depending on season, prices for double room range from EURO €65 to €80 and for the suite €70 - €95. Breakfast is €5 per person.

The vicinity with Florence is really exceptional, Borgo Molinaccio IS located in a very peaceful corner of the Chianti region. The bedroom is a real jem and you will find the owners very welcoming as well as everyone living in the hamlet (Borgo) You have use of the swimming pool, which is about 50 meters distance, on a hill with pretty views.

The room/studio comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The room/studio has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The room/studio has television satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 2 in the living room and 2 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere.
