Nestled in three acres of garden and terraced olive groves, Molin del Resco is an ideal place to enjoy peace and tranquillity and the beauty of nature while being very close to all the important cultural centres of Tuscany. You can reach Florence is just over half an hour by car or better still, leave the car in the nearby town of Figline and take the train to Florence in under 25 minutes without the worry of driving and parking in the city. A car is essential for your stay at Molin del Resco as the local town does not have good public transport.  

It is ideal for four people as it has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a comfortable double sofa-bed. The overall size is 58 sq. meters. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining and living area with table and chairs, sofa, and home entertanment (TV,video with video library, DVD and stereo system. The bathroom has a bath, shower attachment, wash basin, bidet and washing machine (n.b. the bath is raised from ground level with steps, therefore not suitable for people with mobility problems). The apartment has its own private patio with table,chairs and loungers for outdoor dining and relaxation. Beyond the patio is the garden with swings, outdoor gym, BBQ, table tennis and path leading to the river.
The Stable is also ideal for families with small children. The owners can provide infant equipment such as car seats, high chairs, play-pen etc. 

Molin del Resco is secluded, but not isolated. The property is only a 10 minute walk away from the nearest village and Florence can be reached in half an hour by car or train.
The property is set on the slopes of the Pratomagno mountain, at 350 meters above sea level, so even in the height of summer you will never suffer the stiffling heat that you will find down in the Florence valley. There are some excellent restaurants nearby where you can taste authentic Tuscan cuisine. Enjoy the local fairs, markets and fetes and above all the breathtaking natural beauty of the surrounding Tuscan landscape.  

Molin del Resco is set in a secluded valley surrounded by terraced olive groves. The swimming pool is on one of the terraces, overlooking the valley. The garden leads down to the mountain stream where water shrimp and small trout swim in the clear water. Relax in a hammock on the water's edge. The Stable has it's own private patio for outdoor dining which looks onto the garden and the mountain stream.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the second bedroom. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the apartment include table tennis.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
