The family room is light and spacious with two sofas and TV. Family games and DVDs are available for your use during your stay.

The well-equipped kitchen has a useful cooking island and second dining table, again to seat 6.

In addition, there is a breakfast bar with bar stools - great for cocktails or breakfast and a family room with TV, DVD and access to the pool area.

The impressive master suite has a King-size bed, two walk-in wardrobes, his and hers sinks, walk-in shower and large tub. This room has patio doors leading to a large balcony which is great for eating breakfast while watching the sun rise and the hot air balloons that regularly fly over the house. There are two all-weather wicker chairs in the master bedroom which can be taken onto the balcony. These must be returned to the bedroom at the end of your stay or if high winds are forecast.

The second master has a Queen-size bed, walk in wardrobe, TV and en-suite.

The two twin bedrooms share the family bathroom. Each have their own TV.
 

The property has a large pool and spa accessed from the family room. There is a covered porch with a dining table and seating for 6 people.

In addition, there are four sun loungers. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Formal living room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.
