Belle Soleil is located in Oak Island Harbour at Formosa
Gardens - only 3.5 miles from the Magical World of Walt
Disney. Its in a small, quiet neighborhood.

Sea World is 15 minutes away.

Belle Soleil is beautifully decorated with elegant furnishings
yet comfortable and durable for even the little ones.

All 4 bedrooms have TVs and the two King-Size bedrooms
overlook the pool & spa.

You will find a King-Size master suite on the first floor
with its own private bathroom. This bath has a large
soaking tub and a separate shower.

The 2nd King-Size bedroom is located on the 2nd floor.
The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each.

There are two Living Rooms: one with a Big Screen TV &
it overlooks the pool and spa. The other living room is
for quiet times away from the kids & the 6 TVs in the
house.

The air-conditioned Game Room is equipped with a
Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Ping-Pong Table, TV,
Dartboard, & PlayStation. The kids will love this
room!

Everyone will enjoy the built-in screened in pool with
spa. Note: There is no diving allowed in the pool.

Your own private pool & spa is screened-in. The Game Room has a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Ping-Pong Table, TV, dart board and PlayStation There are two living rooms: one with a Big Screen TV & the other is a sitting area for quiet times away from the kids & TVs.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the house include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the house you will find sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, flying, cycling, golf, tennis, a sports center, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find boat hire, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: I STAYED AT THE BELLE SOLEIL IN THE SUMMER OF 2006. WE WERE 8 PEOPLE, 2 ADULTS AND 6 CHILDREN. WE HAD A LOT OF FUN. THIS HOME IS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY WELL MAINTAINED. I WILL DEFINITELY VISIT AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
