Should you have any questions or need any help their staff are only a stones throw away. There is also free use a communal swimming pool, tennis, volleybal and Basketballl courts as well as a fantastic childrens playground. All are immaculately maintained by our homeowners association. A Chevron petrol station is situated left out of Bridgewater Crossing which also doubles up as a convenience store. The nearest shopping mall is three miles away by Champions Gate and includes a Publix supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy, Liquor Store, Dry Cleaners, Nail & Hair Salon and restaurants to complete the complex. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
