The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Jeanie says: " This property is very spacious in fact, it is actually bigger than the photos show. It was very clean and in a nice area. The pool sides were steam cleaned and the pool cleaned while we were there.We were asked when we would be out of the villa so the above could be done. We had a problem with the gas alarm but this was quickly seen to after one phone call to the manager. When our son lost his rocket on the roof, after one call, someone came out to try and retrieve it.Excellent service.The pool is not overlooked as some of the villas and this gives a good idea of space and there is a nice view of the green and surrounding villas. We loved the en suite master bedroom and the walk in shower. Everyone found the beds to be really comfortable. It took us a while to work out how the cooker worked -couldnt find any instructions but hey-it is much cheaper to eat out anyway! The villa has good poolside furniture and is obviously well looked after. The kids loved the games room, which is in the garage with obviously no air conditioning, very warm but they enjoyed the pool table,air hockey and there is a sound system and TV in there as well.The electronic dartboard was not working .The only pool toys were diving rings and a ball.Lilos, rings etc will need to be brought with you or purchased at the local walmart.We had a great holiday and would recommend rental of this villa."
