This brand new luxurious villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It benefits from a heated spa and pool and large deck area. The master suite opens onto a large screened balcony where the views include the fireworks over Disney. The villa is only 5 minutes from Champions Gate and the I4, allowing easy access to all the attractions.Accommodation at Loma Vista Villa consists of a Master Suite - King Size Bed, Sitting Room, His n Hers Walk in Closets and a luxury Bathroom with a huge open double shower (two showerheads!). There are french doors from the Master suite onto the balcony, which runs the length of the villa, to a spiral staircase. This takes you to the pool area. There are two Queen Bedrooms, one on the ground floor, with adjacent shower room, and one on the 1st floor. Also on the 1st floor there is a twin room, bunk room and two more shower rooms. All bedrooms have built in closets and TVs. There is a Playstation and a small selection of games in the kids room.

On the ground floor there is a large open plan family room/kitchen/breakfast nook. A formal dining room is adjacent to this area and is also open plan. The villa has a beautiful entrance and adjacent to the front entrance is a seperate living room.

The Villa is fully air conditioned. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker and waste disposal. The washer and dryer are inbuilt in the garage

All linens are provided with the exception of beach towels. Other amenities include telephone with free local calls, wireless internet (should you bring a laptop) and a digital safe

Outside you can relax in the shade under the lanai or there is a large deck area for those sun-worshippers. All decks and balconies are fully screened. The large pool , which can be heated for an additional fee, has a built in spa - great for relaxing those tired bones after a fun-filled day!



 

 

 

A Playstation and a small selection of games are in one of the kids rooms.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: This was our first trip to Orlando and we had a great time. The villa was absolutely fantastic for all the family. The pool and spa were the favourites with the kids but we, the parents, loved the master suite especially. The double shower, dressing room and access to the balcony was such a luxury. We now know you don't get that with many other villas. We have young family and really want to go back again soon and when we do, we won't be considering any other villa as Loma Vista Villa exceeded all our expectations. You can't ask for more than that.
