The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
