The ground floor has all 10 ft ceilings. The beautiful marble foyer entrance leads to the living room and large family room. The kitchen has a separate eating area with double doors that lead to the patio and pool area. This home also consists of a separate formal dining room with a view of the pool. The large kitchen boosts everything that you could possibly need for your vacation. Microwave, cooker, blender, coffeemaker, fridge and freezer with ice-maker to name but a few. There is also a toilet and shower on this level for your convenice. The laundry room is located on the entrance from the attached garage.

Living Room
Our living Room has both a large and small sofa with a beautiful fireplace to simply relax and enjoy.

Main Family Room
The main living room has a large, medium and single sofa where you can watch television (cable includes HBO and Showtime) a DVD (DVD Player Provided) or simply listen to some music on the stereo system.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need on your perfect vacation. Fridge and Freezer with Ice-Maker, Self Cleaning oven, Dishwasher, Waste Disposal, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Blender, Coffee Maker. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware and cooking utensils are all provided.

Dinette
Attached to the kitchen is an eating area surrounded by glass to give you a view in all directions. The eating area has double doors that lead out to the patio and pool area.

Formal Dining Room
The Formal Dining Room is beautifully decorated and boosts a huge dining table that seats eight comfortably and will be set ready for dining on your arrival

Laundry
The Laundry Room consists of washer and dryer Iron and Ironing Board - with plenty of shelving provided for convenience.

A shower and W.C. are also included on this level.
 

The home has a large Lanai covering the patio, pool and Spa where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Sunshine State . A child safety alarm is fitted at this door for your Childs safety. The decorative brick patio has plenty of quality cushioned furniture for the family to sit out and enjoy meals from the built-in electric BBQ. Outside Lighting and Fans make eating out at night relaxing and enjoyable. If you fancy a night time swim the pool and spa have lights that create the perfect ambiance.
 

Our upstairs sleeps 12 comfortably with pack and play cribs provided for infants.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster.
