GROUND FLOOR

The very spacious ground floor offers a generous fully fitted kitchen, opening up to a large family room that has a 50" cable TV, a Playstation 3 console and DVD player. Off the Family room you will find the breakfast nook with seating for 6 people and also a breakfast bar with 4 stools.
At the Front of the house there is the formal lounge and dining room with seating for 6.

Games Room

The professionally equipped Games Room has an 8ft. slate bed pool table, 7ft air hockey table, fooseball and electronic darts.

Outside on the pool deck there is an oversized 30ft x 15ft south facing pool and spa, ample pool chairs and a table for alfresco dining.

On the first floor there are 6 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1
Has an American Kingsize bed, dresser with 37" cable TV, 2 night stands with lamps, Mirror, clock radio and a crib. There is also a walk-in closet for all your storage. The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 6 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the loft area. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
