Disney Hollywood, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Pleasure Island, Downtown Disney are all placed 15 mins away and Universal, Islands of Adventure, City Walk, SeaWorld, Aquatica are just a 10-20 minutes further on the I4. It is also just a short drive to the dinner shows at Arabian Nights, Medieval Times, Sleuths, Al Capones, Pirates Adventure and many more. Bush Gardens, and the beaches along the west and east coast are within an easy hours drive. Kennedy Space Center is also only one hour away, and with careful planning on your vacation dates you may even see a rocket or shuttle launch. We also have so much to offer in terms of scenery and wildlife. Why not make the time for an Airboat trip to see the alligators, swim with dolphins, or go deep sea fishing on the Gulf of Mexico? Visit one of the local wineries, or take in a show in the theatre district of Orlando.

Fully equipped villa offering you a great place to stay. The pool area has no rear neighbours and there is a wooded area to your left so offers a good degree of privacy. Cable TV in all bedrooms and Internet/Wireless service is supplied free of charge.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

All bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room around the bed area. We also have a shower chair/commode for hire to assist you in the home. Only one area of concern would be the steep incline on the driveway but there is a garage that is level. The property is all on one level inside and in the pool area. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
