We're in a peaceful, rural location on the Aegean Sea by a wide choice of beaches, just a simple drive from Athens airport, in an very beautiful area where Athenians love to weekend in - so you have the best of both worlds - privacy, tranquility, beautiful location, a rich choice of beaches, night life, sophisticated cafe's, taverna's, bars and restaurants and things to do, the Aegean Sea, great mountain views, and excursions to the best attractions in Greece - Meteora, Delphi and Pelion; And, just a short drive to beaches and cosmopolitan Greek life.

Beautifully designed, magnificently spacious, private gardens and pool; Even original 2,400BC stone walling around the pool and BBQ area. 13 rooms all fully equipped, with kitchen. huge living room, separate dining room, occasional rooms, bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything you need from Satellite to DVD.
With extensive sun terraces overlooking private mature gardens, and extensive lounging areas and chairs and beds around your private pool, including a separate bar area and BBQ/Spit. 

We do a number of special extras, including poolside Chef Nights (a local Chef providing a unique dining experience and bouzouki dancing under candlelight); Live bands for a real bouzouki experience from a professional trio; Olive picking (in Season); Tennis; Spa facilties; Horse Riding; Sailing experiences and more.  

Private gardens full of citrus and palm trees and lawned areas. very safe for children, as its private and enclosed.

The villa comprises 8 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 twin, 3 single and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 13 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only and a fax machine.

There is room for 13 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, tennis, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, scuba diving.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: This was a great property. It's a very beautiful villa in stunning surroundings with just acres and acres of space both inside and out. Its the first rental we've done where the property is far better than the website suggests as its sheer size and location, spaciousness and tranquility don't do pictures justice.
The owners friendliness and helpfulness, from the welcoming drink and tour, to advice on where to go and what to do, was a joy.
It's apparently somewhere where Athenians weekend in the area, so benefits from plenty of amazing tavernas and restaurants, beaches, and generally sophisticated amenities without a touristy feel. The extras - the Chef Night in the Villa, the boat trip chasing seals and diving, the live bouzouki music, the in villa bar service, breakfast...just all brilliant!
