Were in a peaceful, rural location on the Aegean Sea by a wide choice of beaches, just a simple drive from Athens airport, in an very beautiful area where Athenians love to weekend in - so you have the best of both worlds - privacy, tranquility, beautiful location, a rich choice of beaches, night life, sophisticated cafes, tavernas, bars and restaurants and things to do, the Aegean Sea, great mountain views, and excursions to the best attractions in Greece - Meteora, Delphi and Pelion And, just a short drive to beaches and cosmopolitan Greek life.

With extensive sun terraces overlooking private mature gardens, and extensive lounging areas and chairs and beds around your private pool, including a separate bar area and BBQ/Spit. 

We do a number of special extras, including poolside Chef Nights (a local Chef providing a unique dining experience and bouzouki dancing under candlelight) Live bands for a real bouzouki experience from a professional trio Olive picking (in Season) Tennis Spa facilties Horse Riding Sailing experiences and more.  

Private gardens with various fruit and palm trees and lawned areas. very safe for children, as its private and enclosed. Note that 1 double bedroom (with its own en-suite facilities) is a small double and not standard size.

The house comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 single and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 4 single sofa beds located in the Off the main bedroom area, a large area able to take 2-4 additional singles, ideal for kids as this room is not private. This gives room for up to 13 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 13 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Single floor House. From one entrance to gardens only 1 step up to the House entrance. 

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, tennis, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, scuba diving.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: I dont normally write reviews, however good the holiday, but having read the negative review from Peter, am angry at his distortion of facts as this place is very very good. The House is about 2 hours from the airport. If Peter wanted to visit Athens city, he should have checked - he would have found out it is much longer. Athens traffic is a well known nightmare and AThens is not mentioned as an ideal place to excursion too - on the contrary, the House is ideal for pelion, Volos, meteora, delphi as ithe website says. ! Our host was most generous, courteous and discreet. Our laundry was fine, the staff cleaning the place and gardens polite and hard working, the place was immaculate on arrival, and kept that way through our stay. We travelled as a group of 9 and we all agree - it was a great place, very different from your usual boring villa, and very tastefully done. Perhaps Mr Peter doesnt have these tastes.
