This unique 2 bedroom apartment has a sofa bed in the lounge allowing occupancy for a family of up to 6 people. The lounge is light, airy and tastefully furnished. Direct access from the lounge to the swimming pool and tropical gardens, where you will find orange, lemon and apple trees along with tall palms and other tropical plants. The views are quite stunning, taking in the town of Fuengirola, Mediterranean Sea, along the coast to Malaga and the Sierra de Mijas. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a small village but within a 10 minute drive of the hustle and bustle of the tourist resorts of Fuengirola and La Cala.

The bedrooms are configured as one double and one twin with their own shower rooms. Tastefully furnished, with ample wardrobe and storage space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ring hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and other appliances you would expect to find in your holiday home.

Prepare the culinary delights you associate with the Costa del Sol and serve on the spacious veranda around the pool. Where there is outside lighting around the patio area and the pool can be illuminated at night to allow for that midnight swim!

Cerros del Aguila (Eagles Nest) is a small purpose built village less than 10 minutes drive from the town of Fuengirola, where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainments to suite all tastes.

A 3 minute walk from the apartment takes you to the centre of the village, where there is a small supermarket and bar, a tennis court, communal pool and restaurant

The large, new shopping and cinema complex is just down the road, here you can buy almost everything, there is an enormous supermarket, and you can eat in one of the many restaurants, or even see the latest films in English!

 

Fuengirola town, 15 minutes away, is large and bubbly. Here you will find a huge selection of shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs to cater for every taste. Fuengirola caters for the holidaymaker with it’s a harbour and beautiful beaches, which go for miles. You will also find a water park and zoo.

Mijas Pueblo is one of the oldest ‘white villages’ in Spain. 20 minutes drive up into the mountain, it is
situated 1200 feet above sea level and has some of the most breathtaking
views you will come across.

In nearby Benalmadena, there is a Cable Car, which takes you to the peak of the Calamorro Mountain, rising up 724 metres, where the panorama is spectacular, with views on a clear day as far as the Rock of Gibraltar and the Coast of Morocco. There is a Sealife Centre and Tivoli World, theme park & Dophin Park.

Driving to the historic towns of Seville, Granada, with the famous El Alhambra Palace, takes less than 2 ½ hours. Or take a trip to the duty free port of Gibraltar only 80 minutes away. Excusions can be arranged at the coach station in Fuengirola.





 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

Angela says: "I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone wishing a peaceful holiday in beautiful surroundings with shops, bars, restaurants, beach etc. only 10 minutes car journey away. On arrival the villa was spotless and looked even better in real life than it looks on the website. The pool and gardens are enclosed so you don't have to worry about the children wandering off. We hired a car, which is a must, but only ventured out for two day trips during the fortnight as we really couldn't drag ourselves away from the pool and villa. The owners and agent are extremely friendly and approachable should you have any problems or any enquiries about the local area. The villa is fully equipped with all you will need from a washing machine in the kitchen, hairdryers in the bedroom to games and videos in the lounge. The villa has all sorts of information in it about good places to visit and eat. We came home completely relaxed and ready to book again for next year."
