Brand new 2 bed, 2 bath apartment
Next to Mijas Golf course yet only 5kms from Fuengirola town centre, our brand new 2 bed apartment is good for Golfers and families.
It has 2 single beds in each bedroom and a double fold out bed sofa in the lounge. It is on the ground floor on a corner and therefore has a large corner veranda with table and chairs to sit 6 and sun beds.
The communal pool is straight in front on the apartment so it is nice and safe for children, but there are only 48 apartments on the complex so it is not noisy.

The Area
All along the Costa Del Sol are beautiful beaches, lots of restaurants, shops and night life. The Golf is supposed to be the best in the world, Mijas Golf is accross the road and a further 5 or 6 courses are less than 15 mins drive away.

nice size complex with friendly English and Spanish residents and renters, only 48 apartments and half were not being used in the hight of summer so there was no worry about getting a sun bed around the pool.
