The House
WE ARE ABLE TO TAKE PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS WHILST YOU SEARCH FOR FLIGHTS THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THIS AND WE WILL HOLD THE BOOKING FOR 4 DAYS. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a bathroom which has a bath and a shower to the upstairs of the house, there is a further twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom also with a shower & bath to the ground floor which makes it ideal for two families to share.
The kitchen is brand new and has a double oven, fridge, washing machine, hob, microvave, toaster, all necessary utensils.
The lounge/Diner has seating for six, an LCD TV & DVD player, CD player, coffe table, side table & lamp, the dining table is round to allow for extra space and sits four.
The patio is south facing with views over the course out to sea there is a table & chairs and two sunbeds & a BBQ, the garden is laid out with a small dark island stone like a soft shingle.
There is off street parking but we have never needed to use it as there is always space outside the house for parking.
Please note the prices qouted are for upto 4 persons there is an extra charge per person per week over 4 persons of £35 per week

Why did we buy here
We have been looking for a holiday home for a few years and came to fuerteventura for a last minute break with no intention of buying, but after spending a week in caleta we fell in love with the Town and the island.
I play a lot of golf and was very impressed with the course and the complex, my partner loves the beach and nice selection of shops and it is without a doubt one of the best family resorts we have ever visited, oh and she loves the health spa in town.

Plenty to do
Weather you want a very quiet relaxing holiday and play a few rounds of golf, or prefer somthing a little more energetic you can learn to windsurf or hire jetskis or just soak up the sun by the pool or the beach, caleta has plenty to do.
If you would like to see more of the island car hire is very reasonable make sure you take your uk licence with the additional paperwork.
To the north of the island is correleco which is a larger tourist town with fantastic beaches (quite noisey at night)
To the south is jandia which is very quiet and unspoilt and has fantastic beaches well worth the drive.
