LOUNGE/DINING ROOM - Spacious living room with 2 leather sofa's, Stereo, T.V/DVD plus a selection of films for both adults and children. Dining area with solid oak table and seating for 6.
KITCHEN - A fully fitted kitchen with Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge/Freezer, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Toaster, Iron, Ironing Board, Oven and Hob.
PATIO/GARDEN - Private garden with 3.6 by 8 meter swimming pool with Roman steps. Patio with outside furniture and sun-loungers.
Upstairs sunbathing terrace with walk-in shower and views over the 17th hole.
