THE TOWNHOUSE COMPRISES OF THE FOLLOWING -
BEDROOMs - one double bed with large built in wardrobe and safety deposit box and one twin bedroom with large built in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have ceiling fan's. A pull out single bed is available.
BATHROOMS - a shower room downstairs with basin and toilet and an upstairs bathroom with toilet, bidet and basin. Both bathrooms are stylish and modern.
KITCHEN - a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar which seats five. The kitchen has all the mod con's such as oven and hob, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, taoster etc. There is also an outside utility area with washing machine and tumble drier.
LOUNGE - with 2 sofa's, one which turn into a double bed, flat screen T.V with DVD and a selection of films and C.D's. Two ceiling fan's can also be found.
TERRACES - three terraces. One roof terrace with spectacular views over Caleta bay and the Golf Course. Middle terrace with loungers, chairs and table. Downstairs patio with table and chairs with loungers.
Towels and linen are also provided as is a mid-week laundry change if you book for 2 weeks. A mid-week clean is optional and charged to the guest.

jackie says: "pictures do not do this villa justice. managment team were second to none, extremely friendly and helpful. thank you so much. would most certainly return. location is peaceful but within 5 minutes of the main town. we have visited the island for many years and this is the 1st time we have rented privately and will NEVER book through a tour operater again after seeing what we can get. thank you soooooooo much for a great start and finish to our holiday this year. only recommedation is a little welcome pack on arrival (i.e. water, milk, teabags) but that could be me just being picky and hire a car to see this faboulous island."
