Brand new detached Villa, own private parking next to villa, two small cars or one large car, very tastefully decorated and furnished, two bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed, second bedroom has two singles, double sofa bed in lounge, single put-u-up bed if needed and a folding travel cot, bathroom has sink, wc, bidet, bath with overhead shower, well equiped kitchen, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, juice extractor, teapot, all utensils pots and pans, cutlery, china, ect, very comfortable lounge diner, with large patio doors that open out on to, large tiled patio area, outside patio table and chairs for those romantic evening meals or drinks, with the coloured patio lights on, four sun loungers, small bbq, lounge has two 3 seater sofas one is a sofa bed, there is a tv (Spanish Stations only) dvd player and stereo system, the dining area has table and six chairs. New for 2007 an 8 seater hot tub. 

The town is a five minute drive away, or take the local bus which is a five minute walk from the villa, buses run on the half hour except during siesta, the fair is 1 euro 5 cents one way, taxis are cheap, or you may want to walk to the town, it takes us about 45 minutes, in the town you have a water park, twice weekly market, and a huge variety of bars and restaurants, the town also has a couple of excellent beaches, from the harbour you can get the ferry over to Lanzarotte, take a glass bottom boat trip to the isle of lobas, or go game fishing, there is something for everyone. 

Both just a short drive from the villa but in opposite directions, El Cotillo is a lovely little place which has superb sandy beaches and lagoons, here you can find a beach and have it yourself all day, the north part of El Cotillo is excellent for surfing.
Flag beach is breath taking, I will not harp on about it you just need to go there, try kite surfing, or if you have not got the courage, just sit on the beach and watch the experts perform, the kite surfing world championships are held here every year. For those of you who like an all over tan there are areas to soak up the sun. 

There is a put-u-up, single folding bed available, for a seventh person. We have added in 2007 a 7 seater hot tub for your enjoyment.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Single Folding Put You Up bed, use in main bedroom or lounge area., 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge Area. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, a theatre/cinema, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, golf, historic sites, a zoo.
