This newly built two storey villa has 3 bedrooms. It is on the Fuerteventura Golf Course complex adjacent to the small town of Caleta de Fuste on the east side of the Island.
The villa is centrally located for exploring the whole island - 15 mins from the airport, 2kms from the very safe beach and marina/port area where a wide variety of watersports are available, 2kms from Caletas wide range of bars and restaurants and just 200 metres from the 18th tee of the golf course. Guests at the villa may use most of the facilities offered at the Elba Palace Golf Hotel i.e. restaurants, bars, gym facilities, tennis courts etc. There is also a courtesy bus running from the Hotel to the Commercial Centre (supermarkets, shops, bowling, cinema and many restaurants) and the town of Caleta.
 

3 twin bedrooms, plus a sofabed in the living room and the property can sleep a maximum of 8 people. Two bath/shower rooms. Fully equipped modern kitchen with oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.
Pleasantly decorated living room with TV/DVD satellite TV and CD player. Large selection of books and games for guests use. Separate dining room with table and 6 chairs.
The villa has a large professionally landscaped garden with a variety of local palms and cactus, The garden offers superb views across the Golf Course to the sea beyond. A large terrace off the living area provides table and chairs for al fresco eating, plus sunbeds for enjoying the Canarian sunshine. There are also two balconies on the 1st floor both with tables and chairs  

The town of Caleta is purpose built, but dont let this put you off! Diving and windsurfing are popular in the protected bay and dolphins and whales can be spotted further out to sea. A variety of watersports are available down on the sea fron including windsurfing (plus tuition), pedalo hire, jetski hire, plus snorkelling and diving trips.There is a lovely marina area housing a variety of yachts and other craft, and this makes a lovely backdrop for an evening drink or meal.

There are many good restaurants in the town and a welcome pack at the villa provides details of these along with recommendations for day trips, local timetables etc.

Further afield, we recommend visits to the waterpark at Corralejo (a must if you have children!), El Cotillo (fabulous surfer village on the north coast), Corralejo sand dunes (miles and miles of uninterrupted sand blown from the Sahara), Sotovento (in the South but only a 40 minute drive from the Villa, lovely beaches) Go Karting at La Lajita (great for chidren and parents!!)

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, golf, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, cycling, horse riding, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find wind surfing.

New waterpark at Corralejo about 30 minutes drive.

Marianne says: "The villa was fine but the dishwasher was out of order. The showers was out of order, one was fixed after three days, the other after a week but it didn´t work good. The villa was cleaned only once and our new guest , (29th of December), didn´t get new linen and towels. We had rent the house for three weeks. At two occasions we had no water. I had to do a lot of calls to Jane Ball and her husband and they did their best to help us. We missed bed lamps at all beds, the set of spoons were to weak and the wineglasses were all in different sizes. One of the sofas had several spots. I think that the are a lots of things you can do so the house will be more comfortable and cosy. I have written to the owner that I want 100 euro back because of the lack of dishwasher, the calls and the extra job with dish and showers I had to do. The position of the house is fantastic and the view. I had gladly recommend the house if everything had been in order. "
