Las Cumbres is a brand new detached villa, built to a high standard and offering chic, elegant and luxurious accommodation. This truly superb villa has magnificent views from both the lounge and dining area and the many terraces. The villa is situated just inland from the Orange blossom coast in the scenic region of La Safor.

This security gated villa has a commanding front entrance leading into the hall and first floor accommodation. The large and spacious lounge and dining area has patio doors leading on to a large, well furnished terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Here you can enjoy that all important out door living, relax over a meal and watch the sun go down over the magnificent Munduver Mountains.
The lounge has satellite TV with some English programs, DVD and CD player. Hot and cold air conditioning is provided throughout, along with central heating and an open fire for those cooler evenings.

The large kitchen has a central cooking island and an American style fridge freezer with drinks dispenser and ice maker. This fantastic kitchen is so well equipped that even preparing meals will be a pleasure!!! You can even forget the washing up, as there is a dishwasher provided for your use.

The second floor is one complete suite with large double bedroom with superking size bed, fitted wardrobes and views to die for. There is an ensuite bathroom from the hall and patio doors lead out on to your own private roof terrace, where you can just relax, unwind and soak up the sun.

On the ground floor you will find a fourth bathroom and the second spacious double room, which also has a superking size bed and patio doors to your own private terrace.
On the ground floor there is a large utility room with washing and drying facilities.

The final touch is a thirty feet games room with a full sized pool table for our guests to use. This room opens up onto a further terrace, which leads out onto your own attractive grounds, where the private swimming pool is located.

Outside you will find many terraces for you to sit, relax and sunbathe in these tranquil surroundings.

 

La Drova nestles in between the twin mountain ranges of Monduver and Buixcarro. These peaks give the area pure spring water that you can drink. The area is renowned for its natural beauty and makes an ideal area for walking, hiking, mountain and road biking. In the village of La Drova you will find a bar and restaurant, all within walking distance of the villa. The village of Barx, a 5 minute drive away, offers a range of bars and restaurants, supermarket, butcher and an English speaking doctor.
Gandia is a 15 minute drive through the orange groves and fantastic scenery. Here you will find a 7kms long award winning blue flag beach with golden sands and crystal clear sea, which attracts both holiday makers and locals. The long and busy promenade offers shop restaurants and bars. If you are feeling energetic you could have a game of volley ball or the many water sports that are on offer.
A stroll around Gandia´s historic town holds many interesting buildings including the ducal palace. You can grab a bargain on the Saturday market or wander around the many streets and relax in one of the traditional tapas bars. The new commercial center offers bowling and a cinema with lots of trendy eating places to try.
Our area provides an incredible blend of history, coast and countryside. A rich fertile landscape meets a sunshine coast of lively beach resorts. Quite literally something for everyone!!


 

You can spend the morning on Gandia´s beaches then in the afternoon visit La Albufera, Spain’s longest freshwater lagoon. This ¨”Little Sea” is separated from the Mediterranean by a strip of land which is now a nature reserve called La Dehesa. Explore the many picturesque whitewashed villages and submerge yourself in Spanish life. Catch a train to Valencia, only 45 minutes from Xeraco. In the region’s capital you can visit the Arts and science Leisure Park a state of the art Planetarium and awe inspiring giant aquarium.
A visit to Benidorm would take around one hour by car. Here you can enjoy Aqualandia, Mundomar and the Terra Mitica theme park.
You can play golf at the Oliva Nova golf resort. If you fancy a trip to Ibiza, a 30 minute drive to Denia and you can hop on the ferry whether it is for a day or to dance the night away!!

 

The villa Las Cumbres is located inland from the Orange blossom coast in the Safor region. The tranquil setting and magnificent views makes this an ideal place to visit anytime of the year. A high standard of furnishing is provided throughout the villa. The large rooms and many sitting areas give a feeling of space and relaxation. Ideal for large families and groups of friends.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
