Set in our own garden around the pool with two studios
Beautiful setting surrounded by mountains the apartment and studios have exclusive use of our 16m x 8m pool with 200sq mts of raised terracing with gazebos for shade.
The area is tranquil and the place to chill out but if you want to be energetic the walks can be easy strolls to 8 hour mountain hikes. Individual gas bbq's are available on your own terrace area and local produce is available in the village 1km away.
Further afield there are historic towns such as Gandia and Xativa who vie for the title of "home of the Borjas".
The local beaches are astounding and range from modern developments with volleyball, football and rugby facilities complete with a baywatch team to deserted sand dunes with the occasional stall for drink and nibbles.
The local restaurants are all pleasant serving traditional local dishes and all have value for money in common.

Mark says: "To any potential people staying, Jan and David could not do enough for us. They offered to stay up late to get us settled in (we arrived after midnight) had a porta-cot ready for our son. Provided us with a food starter kit including cava! The place is very clean and tidy with all the facilities we needed. There were concerns about noisy dogs but we didn't hear them and they are only out until dusk (this happens all over the area, we had friends staying 4 kms away and it goes on there too). I would recommend this studio to any couples or with a small child, its 15 mins to Gandia and 45 to Valencia and you have the best of both mountains and beaches. Thanks again for a great stay, Mark"
