The house
Super family holiday home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additional sleeping available on a sofa bed. The house is fully furnished and equipped for self-catering and situated in a small community of other houses sharing a beautiful communal pool. All towels and linen are provided and a welcome pack is available on arrival.
The area
Gran Alicante is a small urbanisation 15 mins from Alicante and is ideal for families or those wanting a relaxing and enjoyable break from the rat race back home. The house is close to all local ammenities which includes a good selection of bars and restaurants, a small shop and internet shop and a 15 minute walk to a beautifully kept beach. There is a nature reserve only a minutes walk away which is ideal for picnics and those of you who are bird watchers.
There is a local market and plenty of friendly people from many different countries. It is not essential to have a car but if you want to explore other beaches and visit some of the areas near by then it would be recommended for a couple of days.
There are regular buses in to Alicante and Santa Pola both about 15 mins journey. Further beachesand good shopping can be found here.

Alicante - Alicante is a city with lots of historical features. The Castillo de Santa Barbara is an idea place to visit and a boat trip out to the island of Tabarca is also a must.
A mixture of modern and historic attractions to see and a wonderful Marina. Take the scenic Costa Blanca express between Alicante and Denia for great glimpses of small town life. The express takes you to benidorm which is full of life, waterparks, fun parks and many other attractions.
Santa Pola is also cloes buy with lovely beaches, boat trips and an excellent market with some great bargins.
