This cliff top neighbourhood with panoramic mountain views and spectacular scenary of Alicante Bay, is an idyllic and peaceful location within easy walking distance to a variety of bars, restaurants, shops and banks. Just a 10 mins stroll to the local street market (every thurs) and only 2 mins away is the clean, unspoilt, quite, blue flag Carabassi beach. Which is lined with pine & fir trees, sheltered by the dunes. Sun worshippers are able to get an all over tan at the far end of the beach.

This 5* villa is ideally located for a relaxing getaway, yet less than a 10 min drive from Alicante Airport , 15 mins drive to Alicante City Centre and just a 10 mins drive to Santa Pola fishing village with lots more restaurants, bars, shops and beaches. Late afternoon you're able to watch the local fishermen bring in their daily catch at the harbour to sell at the local fish market. Or catch a ferry to Tarbarca Island for the day where you can swim/snorkel with a wonderful variety of colourful fish that live among the coral.

In the basement there are two large (4ft)single sofa beds accomodating two more guests comfortably. It is a light airy room keeping cool in the hot weather. This part of the house is ideal for children / teenagers, as it's used as the entertainment room - TV, Home Cinema System, DVD's, Games Consol & plenty of board & card games.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the 4 Foot single sofa beds-extra sleeping accomodation In the basement. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
