There is a fully fitted kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven. For those of you wanting to relax, you will find the lounge area very comfortable with satallite television and DVD facilities.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes.

There is room for 8 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Andrew says: "First impressions were fantastic, and it got better from then on in! Yes, there are a few very small missing tiles around the pool and some paint is coming off in minor areas (see last review), but don't be put off, this is an absolutely superb villa. Our 2 kids (aged 4 and 9), were very safe behind 3 secure doors to get to the road, and a pool area that is amost impossible to escape! All we could hear at night were the crickets! No traffic noise at all. Walking distance away from the local supermarkets and restaurants. 10-15 mins walk from the nice beach at San Agustin. You even get your own car parking space! What I didn't realise is that all the villas are above road level on a hillside and consequently you feel well away from the road and very private. The sun hits the pool areas at about mid morning, and stays on the pool until late evening (August). The best suntrap I have ever experienced. If you are considering this villa, book it!
