The Cortijo is nicely designed so each property has privacy and ample outdoor space. As well as many shared areas various patios and benches, BBQs & fountains to relax by.
In season pick citrus fruits and avocados for breakfast. Lounge by the Swimming Pool (shared only with any occupants of El Apartamento) - perfect spot to chill out after busy day sightseeing or relaxing on any number of unspolit beaches on this Granada Coastline.
During the day or after sunset rustle up a meal in the Summer kitchen by the swimming pool. Fully equipped for 6 travellers charcoal bbq, gas paellero, honesty fridge, sink, ample seating and sun loungers - vine covered terrace.

The landscaped and illuminated gardens are an oasis, even in the dry Summer season. They provide the necessary protection against the sun - terraces and seating areas in both sun or shade.

Motril a working town rather than tourist resort remains very Spanish and is busy year round, ideal for longer Winter breaks - when most resort towns seem to close down!
Fine road network making excursions to GRANADA, LAS ALPUJARRAS, LECRIN VALLEY, SEVILLE, ALMERIA, SIERRA NEVADAS, MALAGA, CABO DE GATA, ALMUNECAR & NERJA easy and practical.

Also good base for property searches in the area many agents and Lawyers in Motril - many puchasers stay here - laptop facility useful.

Spanish restaurant Meson Puntalon and three small bars, just 10 minute stroll to Puntalon - but, really need to centre on Motril town & Port for everyday needs.

The cottage comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The cottage has video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 3 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this cottage.

The cottage is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The cottage is right beside swimming.

Close to the cottage you will find a beach, sailing, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the cottage you will find boat hire, wind surfing.

Gary says: "After an extremely relaxed enjoyable week, the easy way to explain this villa is to read all the reviews that have been submitted and we whole-heartedly agree with the majority. Yes you do require an open mind and accept the surroundings, but put those aside, ignore the access/ greenhouses, and this place is exactly what you want for a weeks get away from the general stresses of life. Patrick, Ben and Gerry are wonderful hosts, just remember to take the biscuits - not for Patrick tho! If you are arriving out of season, then be prepared for some quiet resorts however that didnt affect any part of the holiday, as most of our nights we stayed in the grounds using all facilities, BBQs, outside kitchen, pool area and alike. To sum it all up a perfect highly enjoyble and relaxing holiday was enjoyed by us both, in surroundings that couldnt have been better. Thank you Patrick and the boys!! "
