This house is set just outside the village of durcal. The house is detached has it's own swimming pool and is relatively quiet. Durcal is a traditional Spanish town with very friendly locals. Most shops can be found locally within Durcal (Butcher, Baker, Supermarket etc) with the larger supermarkets in Motril and Granada. 24 hour medical centre nearby. A car is essential to explore and appreciate this part of spain. The mountians of the Sierra Nevada are excellent for skiing in winter and provide a breeze for the heat of the summer. 

There are plenty of board games and childrens toys to enhance the holiday for our younger guests. Table football, darts, board games, swimming and lots more for children of all ages. 

The garden and pool are accessed from the side of the property. All children must be supervised when in and around the pool area. There is no shallow end. The kitchen area in the basement of the house is also ideal for dining by the pool. 

satellite television is installed with all free view channels. Cots and high chairs are available upon request. please state at time of booking.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque.
