The villa has spectacular golf and mountain views. It offers stylish and private living with high quality modern conveniences to enhance your holiday experience. There are 3 nearby beaches and a 9 hole golf course on site. 

The inside living area is fully air conditioned and tiled in polished granite so that you enjoy a cool cofortable environment when the weather is hot and you can rest comfortably at night. Furniture is contemporary and of a high quality and design. Size:115 sq/m Interior + 52sq/M Terrace 

The Villa has two main terraces. The living room opens onto the upper, marble tiled terrace wich has a verdant golf view (particularly in the evening accross the expanse of manicured grass constrasting the stark granite mountains). There is furniture for outside sun bathing and dining.

When you arrive you are greeted by our friendly staff; introduced to the amenities in the villa; and you receive a welcome pack for your refreshment after your journey. 

This Villa enjoys verdant golf and rugged mountain views. The property has an outdoor hydromassage spa. It enjoys a North East outlook from the balcony where clients can sunbath and take a warming sunshine breakfast in the morning and relax out of the direct sun in the afternoon and evening. All bedrooms can be arranged as either Double or Twin bedrooms on request.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, golf, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, walking, mountain biking, scuba diving, a museum, shopping areas, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, historic sites, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.

You can keep an eye on your children's safety through the spectacular glass sided swimming pool
