Villa Renna sleeps 6 people in 3 perfectly appointed bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms. The villa offers excellent living space with a lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom has king size bed. Second bedroom has 2 twin size beds. Third bedroom also has 2 twin size beds. The villa is situated in an elevated position in the prestigeous and private urbanization of Monte de los Almendros (Mountain of Almonds), on the hillside above Salobrena, with superb views of the coastline, Salobrena Moorish castle and village, and the Sierra Nevada Mountains. 

The villa is located in a very tranquil location. There are several terraces, open and covered, 6 sun loungers, patio furniture, and BBQ. Outside you will also find a nice mature garden with many fruit trees.

Beaches, bars, shops and restaurants are only few minutes away. Villa Renna is located between Almunecar and Motril (real Spanish towns), with easy access to Granada, Cordoba, and Seville. Golfing is also nearby and the restaurants are excellent and numerous. The seafood is always fresh, the wines are excellent and the prices are reasonable.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, golf, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find mountain biking, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, historic sites.

Large community pool, toddlers pools, and tennis court are 5 minutes away and free of charge.

Salobrena is 45 minutes away from ski resort of Sierra Nevada and Alhambra Palace in Granada.

Suggestions:
For safety, add barrier at top of external stairs next to pool edge?
Amend website description which implies tennis court is private, but is actually in the communal area.
Shower curtain and patio door curtain in master bathroom would be nice
Pity no Bougainvillea! (I love it) but the wisteria and stephanotis are lovely

We would reinforce warnings to lock all doors when in the pool - we had wallet and passport stolen on last day."
